Never heard the term "ox eye" before. Is taht the same as "cat eye" (elliptical, or elliptical with pointy ends)? Check out my bike and Barbara's at the below link, that's what I'm talking about. If so, try your local Harley or EasyRiders shop, both will have them. Or you can oreder from Kustom Krome, or even Dennis Kirk for that matter.
Most made for American bikes will have only two wires (hot for running and for brake signal) since they ground via they metal. Suzuki runs a ground wire, so you'll just have to terminate it at one of the mounting posts ensuring a good metal to metal contact.
